Enchanté Research & Planning Service Agreement

The client, service provider’s legal name, agreement date, and project details will be identified in a separate written project scope before payment. This page is for reading the terms; it does not collect a signature.

1. Selected service

• Research It, $250: Customized research and information tailored to the client’s needs.
• Plan It, $500: A personalized, organized, step-by-step plan to help the client move forward.
• Complete It, $600–$1,000: Comprehensive research combined with customized planning. The exact price depends on project complexity and must be agreed upon in writing before payment.

2. Project details

Before payment, both parties will agree in writing on the project’s goals and specific deliverables, the total price, the delivery date or timeline, and the number of included revisions, if any.

Tasks outside that agreed scope require written agreement on any additional cost and timing before work begins. The Complete It package does not include booking vendors, making purchases, or carrying out event tasks unless those activities are expressly included in the written project scope.

3. Upfront payment and cancellations

Full payment is required before work begins. Subject to applicable law, all payments are final and nonrefundable if the client cancels or changes their mind.

This policy does not waive any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. If Enchanté cannot complete the agreed services, the parties will agree in writing on a revised scope or timeline, or Enchanté will refund the portion of the fee attributable to services not provided.

4. Client responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate information, preferences, deadlines, and requested feedback. Delays in receiving necessary information may affect the delivery date. Any revised deadline will be communicated in writing.

5. Research and third-party services

Research reflects information available when it is prepared. Vendor prices, availability, and policies may change. Enchanté does not guarantee a third party’s availability or performance.

Third-party charges are separate from Enchanté’s service fee unless expressly included in the written scope. Enchanté will not make purchases or commitments on the client’s behalf without written authorization.

6. Changes and communication

Changes to the scope, price, deadline, or revisions must be accepted by both parties in writing. Email may be used to document those changes.

7. Applicable law

Texas law governs this agreement, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply. Nothing in this agreement limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Acceptance

By signing, both parties agree to this agreement and the attached written project scope. Each party will receive a copy.

Signatures and dates will be collected with the written project scope before work begins.
